What is the purpose of the 15-minute FREE discovery call?
The discovery call allows us to briefly discuss your health concerns and determine if our services align with your needs. It's an opportunity to explore how we can assist you on your health journey and if we are a good fit.
What happens during the 90-minute Initial Consultation?
The initial consultation is a comprehensive session where we delve into your health history, arrange or conduct necessary tests, and discuss your concerns. This forms the foundation for a personalised treatment plan.
Is phlebotomy included in the consultation, or is it a separate service?
Phlebotomy is available per consultation following practitioner recommendation or as a standard referral blood draw. This ensures convenience, and we work to accommodate your preferences.
How are "follow-ups" structured after the initial consultation?
Follow-Ups are tailored to your needs. We discuss progress, address any concerns, and adjust the treatment plan accordingly. These sessions are essential for ongoing support. **Follow-up appointment are priced based on your initial consultation and specifics of your treatment plan.
Are off-site blood draw services available, and what's the coverage?
Yes, off-site blood draw services are available. We also offer 115+ tests that can be shipped nationwide and to some international locations, including Dubai. As a partner clinic with Nationwide Pathology, we can arrange for remote phlebotomy or connect you with a local clinic for testing witin the UK, ensuring you can be tested no matter where you are, even if we conduct an online consultation from different regions.
What is you updated cancelation and no-show policy?
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a charge will be incurred. Cancellations made outside of the 48 hours are free of charge, but after the third cancellation, a fee will apply. Additionally, no-shows are also chargeable. If you’ve paid upfront, refunds will not be issued for no-shows, an additional administration fee may apply. This policy also applies to all our campaign winners, in order to helps us manage our schedule effectively and serve all our patients better.
How is payment handled for appointments?
To secure your appointment, a deposit is necessary at the time of booking, and the complete payment is expected before your scheduled session. This procedure ensures a seamless experience, enabling us to focus our time to your well-being. Additionally, consider exploring package bundles for potential cost savings and extended support.
Do you offer in-person clinics, and where are they located?
Our in-person clinic is based in Oldham, with consultations held at our Lees clinic location on selected Thursdays (typically every second Thursday). We also offer virtual consultations five days per week, allowing patients across the UK and internationally to access care remotely. Where testing is required, kits can be sent to your home or arranged through Nationwide Pathology and partner clinics, with mobile phlebotomy available in many areas.
How are online clinics conducted, and what patient portal system is utilised?
Virtual consultations take place via ZOOM, ensuring a secure online environment. Patients are granted access to a personalised portal, facilitating the efficient exchange of consultations, case details, prognosis, test results, prescriptions, and other relevant information.
Can you share details about the upcoming E-book launch?
Our NEW E-book is anticipated to launch by the end of Q4 2024, offering valuable insights into holistic health practices, herbal remedies, and lifestyle adjustments for improved well-being.
Does the clinic support concerns beyond endocrine and immune conditions?
Yes. While our primary focus includes hormonal, metabolic, immune, and gut–brain health, many health concerns are interconnected. We regularly support individuals experiencing digestive issues, fatigue, metabolic dysfunction, neurological symptoms, and other complex presentations by addressing the underlying root causes across multiple body systems.
Does the practitioner cater to a specific demographic?
Our practitioner works with individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. We believe in inclusive healthcare and tailor our approach to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
What credentials does the practitioner hold, and is she actively pursuing additional training?
Our Medical Herbalist is a registered and licensed member of the Complementary Medical Association, Quality License Scheme, and College of Naturopathic Medicine. Pursuing additional accreditation with International Iridology Practitioners Associations, and International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine - our practitioner is highly trained and skilled, she actively pursues additional qualifications, ensuring the highest standard of care in the field of medicine.

Our Patient Relations Team will guide you through the entire onboarding process. Led by Mary, and supported by Yzabel, the team assists with registration, appointment coordination, and ongoing patient support. What is the Hormone and Metabolic trategy session?
This limited-time session combines a consultation and personalised action plan to help identify hormonal and metabolic drivers such as PCOS, insulin resistance, fatigue, and related concerns. The combined session is currently available at a special rate of £149.
Why is it important to complete the consent form online before my appointment?
Completing the consent form online before your appointment is crucial, as it allows us to proceed with your consultation. Without a completed and submitted consent form, we cannot conduct your consultation. Make sure to click the “Complete” button at the bottom of the form to ensure it's submitted. If the form isn’t completed, you may be asked to fill it out during your appointment.
What types oof tests are available through your clinic?
We work with Nationwide Pathology and other specialist laboratories to offer a wide range of functional and conventional testing, including blood tests, hormone panels, metabolic markers, and digestive health assessments. Testing can often be arranged remotely through home kits, mobile phlebotomy, or partner clinics depending on your location.
What is the 30-minute consultation service and who is it suitable for?
Our 30-minute consultation is a focused session designed for individuals seeking guidance on specific symptoms or targeted concerns. It is suitable for new patients wanting an introduction to our approach, as well as existing patients who require interim check-ins or follow-up support between more comprehensive consultations. This option provides a flexible and cost-effective way to access practitioner-led advice.
Why is openness and honesty important during our consultations?
Honesty is vital to developing an effective treatment plan. If you are not open about your medications or health situation, it limits our ability to provide the best care possible. Our goal is to work with you to achieve the best outcomes, so please be transparent with us during your consultation.
Do you offer long-term health programmes or health packages?
Yes. In addition to individual consultations, we offer structured 12-week and 24-week integrative health packages designed to provide deeper support and more consistent progress. These practitioner-led programmes combine consultations, personalised prescriptions, targeted functional testing where appropriate, and ongoing guidance. Do we offer bespoke prescriptions?
Yes, we are partnering clinic with Edinburgh Clinic - Napiers Dispensary to offer bespoke prescriptions tailored to individual needs, including specialised fluid extracts (1:1 solutions), tinctures, capsules, granules, topical solutions, and more. Processing time for bespoke prescriptions typically ranges from 1-4 working days after prescription is dispensed. Furthermore, we collaborate with other practitioner-led functional medicine grade dispensaries to offer a variety of prescription options that can seamlessly integrate into your treatment plan.
